Information you choose to share
Consultation and listing inquiries collect your name, contact details and the information you choose to provide about your situation. Consultation photographs are optional. We use these details to respond, understand the project and coordinate agreed next steps.
Private by design
Inquiry records and uploaded consultation photographs are restricted to authorized administrators. Exact residential sale addresses are stored separately and are not made public unless an administrator explicitly authorizes their release. Please do not submit financial records, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Storage and service providers
The website uses Supabase for database, authentication and image storage when configured. An email provider may deliver inquiry notifications and subscription messages. Providers process information needed to deliver these services; their systems may operate outside your province or country. Access is limited to the service’s operational needs.
Sale and auction alerts
Sale and auction alerts require separate consent. Submitting a consultation or item inquiry does not subscribe you. You can use an unsubscribe link in an alert or contact Harbourlight to stop receiving messages.
Cookies and technical information
Administrator authentication uses essential session cookies. No advertising trackers are included in this version. Spam controls use a hashed network identifier and short-lived request counters. Inquiry contents are not written to application logs, although hosting providers may maintain their own access and security records.
Your choices
Contact Harbourlight to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to withdraw alert consent. Information is retained only for responding to inquiries, providing agreed services and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations; deletion requests are reviewed in that context.
